Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Cape Trib Connections:

48 Hours-30 days 25% of fare within 48 Hours 100% of fare

Adelaide Sightseeing:

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: · More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person · Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater · Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater · Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Melbourne Shopping Experiences:

1) Please advise Outlet Shopping Tours within 72 hours of a tour departure of any change or cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% 2) No-shows & tours cancelled within 48 hours of an Outlet Shopping Tour departure time will not be refunded

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Rottnest Express:

Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee 24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.

Melbourne River Cruises:

Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Discovery Tours Australia:

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability) Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Skydive Newcastle:

Only available to people living in Australia. Will have to show some form of local ID . Bookings must be made, and jump completed by November(unless cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and rebooked). No refund available once booked. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Minimum age is 12 years Non transferable and not available with any other offer. Weight restrictions and surchages over 95kgs apply and subject to Tandem Master on the day.

Bruny Island Cruises:

Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. IF you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.

Skydive Mission Beach:

A 100% cancellation fee will apply to confirmed bookings cancelled by you within 48 hours of actual jump date! Rescheduling of your booking within 48 hours incurs a $110 fee!

Captain Cook Cruises - PS Murray Princess:

Cancellation of a bokoing or part thereof will incur the following fees: * More than 60 days before departure - $50 per person * Between 30 & 60 days before departure - Loss of deposit * Between 15 & 30 days before deparutre - 50% of total cost * Less than 14 days before departure - 100% of total cost Cancellation fees up to 50% of the cruise fare less an administration fee of $50 per person, may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of the original booking. Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for groups of 15 or more and Special Event Cruises, which are available on application. No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note: operators (other than SeaLink Travel Group) reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above.

AAT Kings (Northern Territory):

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us. Getaways SA:

Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.

Aussie Perth Tours:

If for any reason (weather, road blocks, minimum numbers not achieved) we can no longer operate a scheduled tour, we will refund the cost of the tour to those clients who have made advance payments in full. Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee applies to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend all clients have travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once a booking is made, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation by the client: 30+ days prior to date of travel – no charge 30 to 15 days before departure – 25% charge 14 to 8 days before departure – 50% charge 7 days or less before departure or no-show – 100% charge For personalised packaged tours, any deposits paid are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to the commencement of the tour. If you fail to join a tour or join it after scheduled departure, no tour amount will be refunded. Similarly, if you leave the tour before the scheduled conclusion, no amount of the tour will be refunded. The above cancellation fees are in addition to cancellation fees that may be applied by accommodation providers or third party tour and transport service providers.
