Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

HARTLEYS CROCODILE ADVENTURES:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
