By booking with Australian Private Tours & Charters you acknowledge that participation in all trips involves inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding holidays. These risks include, without limitation, the possibility of injury or death, psychological trauma, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience, and discomfort. The possibility of experiencing all or some of these risks is likely to be higher if participating in any of our tours that involves visiting remote or unstable regions, or regions where there is dangerous wildlife. CANCELLATION BY YOU: If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, notification of cancellation must be received by Australian Private Tours & Charters via email. The date of the cancellation is the date on which Australian Private Tours & Charters receives this notification. Charges applicable as follows, per person: If cancelled more than 30 days before departure and money has already been paid to Australian Private Tours & Charters, passengers will receive a full refund minus any processing or bank charges. If cancelled 30 days or less before departure, there will be no refund given. For any booking for which an initial deposit (part payment) was payable, payment of the remainder of the tour cost must be made at least 31 days prior to the departure of your tour. If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost within this time frame, your booking may be terminated and you may lose your deposit. Additional Australian Private Tours & Charters cancellation penalties may apply. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilised. If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.
